SportNorthAyrshire's   popular Junior Bowling programme has the following dates this season:

 

  • 2nd Annual Grand Challenge Match - SportNorthAyrshire v SportRenfrewshire is being played at Johnstone Bowling Club on Sunday 22nd May. Play will be from 12noon, with the event finishing at 3pm.
  • Singles and Pairs Ccompetitions will be played at Blacklands Bowling Club, Kilwinning on Saturday 3rd September at 9:30 for 10am.
  • Triples Competition will be played at Ardeer Bowling Club, Stevenston on Sunday 11th September.

 

Senior Bowlers (youngsters of age 50+ are eligible) are not overlooked in our Annual Competition Programme.  The prestigious Sports Council Senior Shield will be subject of an all day Mixed Triples competition at Blacklands Bowling Club Kilwinning on Friday 10th June.

 

Entry fee £15 per team of 3 (including Lunch) for teams from SportNorthAyrshire member Clubs and teams comprising individual SportNorthAyrshire members.

 

A £10 supplement is payable for any team wishing to play whose club is not a 2011 member of SportNorthAyrshire.  (We will be checking!)

Reminder - NASC Cup: SportNorthAyrshire's   popular annual competition for the NASC cup  for fly fishing is to be held at Glenburn Trout Fisheries on Fairlie Moor on Sunday 29th May 2011.

Saturday 18th of September 2010 saw the first of hopefully decades of annual competitions between the two independent neighbouring Sports Councils of SportRenfrewshire and SportNorthAyrshire take place in the historic burgh of Kilwinning at the Blacklands Bowling Club.

The Junior Hockey Training Session at Inverclyde on Sunday 7th February 2010 was a very successful and well attended session which the junior section of Garnock Hockey Club thoroughly enjoyed.
